SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders to addresses within the continental United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS as selected by customer or determined by MrBundles.com. Customers may select UPS Ground, Next Day, Second Day or 3 Day Select and these charges which will appear on the final order page will apply.
- All Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Shipments to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses can only be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
- Insurance is not available for USPS shipments. Orders over $100 being sent via UPS are automatically insured for actual value which may cause an increase in shipping charges which may not be viewed on final order page and will be added and charged to customers credit card.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be sent via USPS Priority Mail at actual charges according to weight of package. UPS services for Next Day, Second Day or 3 Day Select are available at additional charges plus insurance should it apply. When UPS is selected as shipper to Puerto Rico UPS will also act as customs broker and additional charges will apply.
VIRGINIA RESIDENTS
Virginia Residents should allow for 5% Sales Tax and 10% OTP (Other Tobacco Products Tax) on invoices. The OTP is levied on the actual wholesale cost of goods and may not reflect 10% of the order total. This charge will appear as VATT on the invoice.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. Global Priority Mail may be elected by customer at additional charges. Packages for Global Priority Mail must be under 4lbs total weight.
(Invoices for international orders will be sent via email and will include
Customs Declaration Tracking Number. Customers who need a hard copy of the
invoice and credit card receipt, can let me know in the comments section and
will be charged an additional $1.50USD to shipping charges. The invoice and
credit card receipt will be sent separately via Letter Air Mail Post).
RETURN POLICY
- Singles, Five Packs and Close Out and some Special Sale or Offer merchandise are not returnable or refundable.
- Once an order is received and you find something is incorrect, damaged or missing you must contact us within 48 hours for a Return Authorization number for replacement or adjustment.
- Should you find the order correct but you ordered the wrong item, return shipping will be at your expense. In the event MrBundles.com has made a mistake in packing and shipping the order, we will make good for the shipping charges in an expedient manor as discussed with the customer.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
- Please be very careful when entering your address information. We will do everything in our power to make sure your package is labeled correctly based upon the information you provide us. If this information is incorrect and USPS is the shipper you will need to contact your local post office with the tracking number we will provide in order to retrieve your package. When UPS is the shipping agent and a correction charge is levied to make the necessary corrections the customer will be charged for these corrections.
